A New Chapter for Video Processing

Christie Digital Systems USA has announced an agreement to sell its Broadcast and Professional Video (BPV) business to Vista PHX, Corp., a newly formed company led by former Vista Systems owners Clark Williams and Jeff Wilson. The acquisition brings the Spyder, Terra, Phoenix, and Mastering Gateway video processing platforms under independent ownership, returning them to the team and location where they were originally developed in Phoenix, Arizona.

For our customers, this acquisition means continuity where it matters and acceleration where it counts. Vista PHX is committed to honoring all existing warranties and service agreements, ensuring a seamless transition while positioning these industry-leading products for sustained growth.
